From 22-27 May 2022, Caabu and Medical Aid for Palestinians took a delegation of British parliamentarians to the occupied Palestinian territory. This was the first in-person delegation since February 2020 and included four MPs from the Labour Party; Shadow Middle East Minister, Bambos Charalambous MP (Enfield Southgate), Shadow Minister for Victims and Youth Justice, Anna McMorrin MP (Cardiff North), Shadow Minister for Climate Change, Olivia Blake MP (Sheffield Hallam) and the UK's youngest MP, Nadia Whittome MP (Nottingham East).
