Julie Elliott MP, who visited Palestine with Caabu and Medical Aid for Palestinians in September 2017, asked a question in Foreign Affairs Questions on 22 January 2019 about Israeli attemps to delegitimise human rights organisations operating in Palestine. She said:

Caabu has backed calls for an ethnic minority face on Britain's banknotes. Caabu patron Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, Caabu director Chris Doyle and Caabu's Parliamentary and Events Officer Joseph Willits were among over 220 singatories to a letter to the Sunday Times on 16 December 2018 calling on the Bank of England to better reflect modern Britain.

Daniel Seidemann is an Israeli attorney specialising in Israeli-Palestinian relations in Jerusalem. He is the founder of Terrestrial Jerusalem, an NGO that works towards a resolution to the question of Jerusalem that is consistent with a two-state solution.
On 19 November 2018, Caabu hosted historian James Barr to discuss his new book, Lords of the Desert: Britain’s Struggle with America to Dominate the Middle East. The event was chaired by Caabu Chair Rt Hon David Jones MP.

In various interviews, Caabu Director Chris Doyle warmly welcomed the release of Matthew Hedges. "The key thing today is that Matthew Hedges is released and he can return home to his family who have been through so much. It has been a terrible seven months for them and now it is the chance for them to recover and get their lives back.” Caabu is also grateful to the many MPs and others who tirelessly raised the issue often behind the scenes to bring this about.
Foreign Office and Department for International Development Minister Rt Hon Alistair Burt MP has replied to a question from Caabu board member Paula Sherriff which was asked in the Urgent Question on the demolition and forcible transfer of Khan al Ahmar on 4 July 2018 on JCB bulldozers being involved. The letter, dated 10 September 2018, was only received on 19 November 2018 owing to having been sent to an incorrect email address.
Caabu welcomes Airbnb’s announcement on 19 November 2018 to remove its listings in illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank. Other companies such as Booking.com should also remove their listings in these settlements. Both companies need to go further and remove their listings in illegal settlements in Occupied East Jerusalem and the Occupied Golan Heights.
