Caabu Director calls for strong united international position on Libya

In an interview with Middle East Eye, Caabu Director, Chris Doyle warned of the severe consequences in Libya unless there was a ribust united international effort to end the fighting.
Caabu school workshop on Syria and military intervention with Derby High School
On 2 April 2019 Caabu hosted 13 students from Derby High School for a workshop on Syria, military intervention, its consequences including the refugee crisis and extremism. During the day, the students heard from different speakers and took part in various activities to better enhance their knowledge of Syria and the pros-and-cons of military interventions.

Caabu welcomes UK confirmation that the Golan Heights is occupied territory

Caabu welcomes the UK government's reiteration of its historic position that the Golan Heights is territory occupied by Israel. This follows the decision of President Trump to recognise Israeli sovereignty over the Syrian Golan Heights.
On 22 March 2019, an Urgent Question was tabled by the Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry MP on Gaza border deaths and how the UK voted on the UN Human Rights Council Inquiry. Syria Eight Years on by Chris Doyle

Eight years of multiple conflicts in Syria. Such has been the drop off in news coverage, many have reached the erroneous conclusion that these wars are over. They are not. In fact, it would not be a shock to be marking nine or even ten years of conflict in the coming years.
Five cross-party MPs have written to Foreign Office and Department for International Development Minister Alistair Burt, urging the Government to support the UN Human Rights Council Commission of Inquiry report on protests in Gaza, backing the endorsement of it by ten UK-based humanitarian, development, human rights and faith organisations, including Caabu.
