Yasmin joined Caabu as the Education Officer in September 2024. Prior to joining Caabu Yasmin was a research assistant at UCL, where she also completed her MA in Race Ethnicity and Postcolonial Studies. Before this, she worked at the SOAS Students’ Union.
Yasmin grew in different countries in the Arab world and is passionate about connecting the developments in the region to local struggles in Britain. Yasmin has been developing and delivering workshops to a variety of audiences for a number of years mostly with a focus on the Arab region and specifically on Palestine.
