Making a booking
To book a Caabu speaker for your school or college, please contact [email protected] or phone 020 7832 1321. Please include the following information in your email or have it to hand before you call:
- A range of possible dates for the visit. Our calendar fills up fast, particularly during the September-April period, so if you need a specific day, please book early to avoid disappointment.
- Full contact details (telephone and email address) for both you and the school. Once a booking has been made, we will contact you two weeks before to confirm that the event is still going ahead. We will need confirmation from either yourself or a college before our speakers make their visit.
- Details on the event you wish to run including topic, audience and format, if known. If you would like advice on any of these things we would be happy to help.
- Information on any other relevant work your students might have already done on the topic, such as modules, projects or previous speakers.

At Caabu, we always do our utmost to honour our bookings whatever the circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee against staff illness, poor weather or transport problems. If we cannot complete a planned visit, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. If you have a problem that prevents the visit from going ahead, we ask that you get in contact as soon as you can, to allow us to either cancel the visit or reschedule it for a later date.
